These services allow you to manage incoming calls based upon the phone number of the person or business trying to reach you.
Caller ID and Blocking
Caller ID allows you to see who is calling you. The number will
automatically appear on your display screen after completion of the
first ringing signal.
Caller ID with Name & Number allows you to see who is calling you. The name and number will automatically appear on your display screen after completion of the first ringing signal.
Call trace is used by War Telecommunications to trace nuisance calls. The results of the trace are held by War Telecommunications and released to the proper authorities for a minimal fee. These results will not be released to the customer.
To Use: After disconnecting the nuisance call, dial *57 and listen for a confirmation tone. Calls to numbers with per line blocking or per call blocking cannot be traced.
Anonymous call rejection lets your telephone refuse calls from anyone who has blocked the display of their number. Callers receive a special message suggesting that they remove the blocking feature and call again.
To Activate: Dial *77, to deactivate, dial *87.
Per call blocking protects your privacy by preventing your number from being displayed on the called party's caller ID device.
To Use: Simply Dial *67, followed by the number you wish to call.
Line blocking prevents the display of your number on most calls. It is provided automatically to subscribers with non-published numbers and by request to customers who may have health or safety concerns.
You may unblock a call by dialing (*82) prior to dialing.
Selective call rejection lets you dial a special code and your phone will block calls from specified numbers.

Selective call acceptance protects your quiet time while still letting that important call reach you. Up to 31 numbers can be programed into your phone and everyone else will get a polite message suggesting that they call back later.

Call Waiting
Alerts you to incoming calls when you're on the phone and allows you to place your caller on hold to answer them.
To Use: When you hear the call waiting tone, depress and release the switch hook on your telephone to connect to the caller. Repeat to return to your original call.
Voice Mail
Voice Mail Call Forwarding
Forward all calls to another number.
To Use: Simply Dial 72#, listen for dialtone and dial the number you wish to forward calls to. To deactivate: Dial 73#.
Forward calls to a number you choose only when the number called is busy.
To Use: Dial *90, listen for dialtone and dial the number you wish to forward to. To deactivate, Dial *91.
If you can't come to the phone immediately, this service forwards your call to another number after a selected number of rings.
To Use: Dial *92. Listen for dialtone and then dial the number of rings (1-9) and the number for calls to be forwarded to.
Selective call forwarding allows you to forward up to 31 numbers to wherever you may be so you never need to miss a call you have been waiting for.

Three-Way Calling
Lets you turn an ordinary phone conversation into a three-way conference call.
To add a third party: Hang up for about 1 second. Call the second party. When they answer, hang up for about one second and all three parties callers will be on the line.
Automatic Dialing
Automatic call return automatically dials the last number that called you.
To Use: Simply dial *69.
Automatic Busy Redial saves time, energy, and annoyance by constantly checking a busy number for 30 minutes and ringing you back as soon as a connection can be made. It can be used for multiple calls and caller ID displays which number is ringing back to you.
To Use: Simply dial *66.
Priority ringing gives you a special signal for pre-programmed numbers (up to 31). It also works with call waiting, you get a very distinct tone instead of the normal one.
