Accessing Your Mailbox

Dial (304) 875-9820
- Follow the prompt and enter your mailbox ID number (phone number)
- Enter your password followed by the # key. The default password is 0000, until you change it.

Main Menu: press 1 to retrieve messages; press 2 to save; press 3 to delete; or press * to return to the Main Menu.
Recording Your Personal Greeting
- Follow steps from above to access your mailbox.

At the main menu press the 9 key.
- Press 1 for greeting options.
- Press 4 to record a greeting.
- At the tone, record your greeting. Press # when done.

Press the * key to return to the Mailbox Setup Menu.
Playing Messages
- Log into your mailbox
- Press 1 To play messages
- Press 2 To save message
- Press 3 To delete a message

To Change Your Password
- At the Mailbox Setup Menu, press 2 to change your password.

The prompt asks you to enter your new password (1-16 digits) followed by the # key. Make sure to choose a number you will remember.
- Re-enter your password followed by the # key.
- Simply hang up.
